Advocates of Women’s Empowerment encourages women to step into their potential and stand up against inequality. This ERG supports the continued success of women within our company by empowering them to dream big while bringing awareness to the unique challenges women face in what we know as the gender gap.

CARE is a supportive community for working parents and caregivers at Worthington. CARE champions an environment that embraces work-life balance and provides resources and programs to ensure the success and inclusion of all employees regardless of—and while embracing—their responsibilities at home.

HONOR hopes to create and sustain a respectful and reassuring community where veterans and members of the military can connect and cultivate a strong workplace environment that embraces veterans and encourages their career development, retention and success in civilian life. 

PRIDE fosters an environment of acceptance for the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies. They champion an authentic culture of belonging where all people are valued as they exist, inclusive of sexual orientation, gender expression and identity.

THRIVE creates a safe space to learn, discuss and share resources and tools related to mental health. THRIVE works to provide education and broader awareness to all components of mental wellness, cuts through the stigma around mental illness, and ensures employees and their families have support and systems in place that enable them to thrive.

HOLA supports those of Hispanic origin and Latin American heritage. This group empowers everyone to recognize their own potential and leverage their backgrounds as a strength, as well as raises awareness around how being strategically inclusive of Spanish-speaking members of our communities may enhance business.
