Each year, we recruit and hire students from a variety of colleges, universities and areas of study. We’ve developed a 12-week program that helps students build personal and professional skills by providing experience to students outside of the classroom. This project-based program helps students tie educational experiences to the business world and, in alignment with Our Philosophy, it includes community involvement and networking opportunities. We also utilize this program as a pipeline for identifying potential future employees.
We not only seek diverse talent, we advocate for it internally and encourage employees to prepare for the future. One way we’re doing that is through our Rotation Experience and Development program, where employees spend time working in operations, commercial, supply chain and support functions. It’s a great way to accelerate your career and gain broad exposure to the Company.
As a military friendly company, we welcome and support service members. We partner with the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge Program to help those transitioning from active duty to civilian careers by providing skills training, work experience and career opportunities. Participants learn about the business, key processes and various roles within the facility while following a dedicated training plan and being mentored by some of our seasoned employees.
