Learn and Lead is a comprehensive, multi-level leadership development
program designed for employees at every stage of their career. Each
tier focuses on the skills needed to help employees succeed in their
current roles while preparing them for the next step.
For
individual contributors, we focus on skills such as accountability,
personal development, leading with Our Philosophy and fostering trust
and collaboration. For new managers, we provide scenario-based
training on effective leadership, building culture and developing a
personal leadership brand. Trainings for mid-level managers and senior
leaders focuses on strategy work, coaching and change management. In
addition, there is time dedicated to leading and striving for
high-performing teams, building resilience, holding high-stakes
conversations and strengthening executive presence.
