VIQTORY Media announced today that Worthington Enterprises earned the prestigious 2025 Military Friendly Employer honor for the 10^th consecutive year. The Company’s gold rating reflects our efforts to attract, hire and develop veteran talent as well maintaining policies and practices to support veterans during their civilian transition.

The Military Friendly Employer designation is achieved through a point-based evaluation system. According to VIQTORY Media, each segment has a minimum point threshold and contributes to the total score. Companies are scored by categories determined by revenue class. The weightings for this recognition were 28 percent Support & Retention, 19 percent Opportunity & Advancement, 19 percent Culture & Commitment, 17 percent Policies & Compliance, 9 percent Hiring & Onboarding and 8 percent Recruiting & Sourcing.
