Our Impact

Our Philosophy doesn’t just live on paper. We live it out through partnerships with charitable organizations. It lives within the countless hours our people volunteer in our communities. We keep it alive because it guides and encourages us to practice good citizenship at a corporate and individual level, and we live to see the difference it makes in those around us.

Worthington is committed to being a good environmental steward. The work we do today impacts our future, and our goal is for that impact to be positive.

Our Green Star Initiative was implemented in 2012 to help steer us toward environmental conservation and stewardship. Stars are awarded each fiscal year to each facility based on environmental metrics and production data.

We believe that good fortune should be shared, and that it’s our duty as a good corporate citizen to help those in need. The Worthington Foundation was founded to help drive these efforts and has given nearly $15 million to non-profit organizations to date. We encourage our employees to take an active role in their communities, both during work and after hours. It’s how we lead.
