Worthington Enterprises earned recognition as one of central Ohio’s Top Workplaces in an annual ranking published today by Columbus CEO magazine. This is the 12th consecutive year Worthington achieved the Top Workplaces designation. Worthington Enterprises, which appears as Worthington Industries based the timing of the survey before the separation of Worthington Steel, is ranked second in the large organization category. The Company also won a special category award – Appreciation – based on standout scores on related statements. The category description says, “I feel genuinely appreciated at this company.”
Rankings are based on employee feedback to a survey administered by Energage in collaboration with Columbus CEO. Employees evaluate five “positivity measures,” ranging from company values to whether they feel included, appreciated and a part of something meaningful. Employees also rate various facets of company leadership, performance, feelings of connection and salary and benefits.
Andy Rose, president and CEO, Worthington Enterprises, said, “The recognition in the Appreciation category is particularly meaningful showcasing the power of Our Philosophy in action by each of our employees. The timing of the survey was during the final stretch of Worthington 2024, and while each year has its nuances, this year, we faced additional demands as we prepared to become Worthington Enterprises. Thank you to our employees for all they do to bring Our Philosophy to life and make meaningful impact every day, now as Worthington Enterprises."
