My summer internship at Worthington Enterprises was such an eye-opener. Working as a marketing intern, I got to dive into real business challenges alongside my manager, which provided me practical experience that will stick with me throughout my career.

But what really made Worthington stand out was the people. From day one, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It wasn't just about the work; they were eager to help me learn and always willing to answer my questions.

The atmosphere was also refreshing. It felt safe to learn and grow because at Worthington, mistakes are sometimes part of the process. I never felt nervous asking for guidance because my colleagues genuinely wanted to see me succeed. The caring nature toward employees—including interns—shines through every interaction, creating a supportive environment that motivated me to challenge myself. And, as minor as it seems, I could always count on a smile from those in the office, which was encouraging and brightened every day.

I'm thankful for the experience and the relationships I've built at Worthington. It's given me a solid foundation alongside a boost of confidence for whatever comes next in my marketing career.
